4. You will then be redirected to a page where you are required to enter your Employee ID.

5. Click on the "Submit" link below or simply press "Enter" in your  keyboard.

6. You will then be sent an authentication letter in your email with instructions on how to reset your password. You are now required to use your new password in your further attempts.
